      Summary: Supp'Buddy is a general wellness and supplement-planning assistant, not a medical service. Optional clinical safety details are used only when you choose Full Disclosure.
    

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Supp'Buddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time — continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. What Supp'Buddy Does

Supp'Buddy is an AI-powered supplement tracking application that helps you:

Track your supplement intake and build daily routines
Scan supplement labels and identify products
Get AI-generated wellness guidance, routine suggestions, and safety-aware alerts based on your selected disclosure level
Manage your supplement schedule with reminders

3. Medical Disclaimer

      Supp'Buddy is not a medical service. The information and recommendations provided by Supp'Buddy, including AI-generated content, are for informational purposes only. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen, especially if you have existing health conditions or take medications.
    

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated supplement information, interaction warnings, or recommendations. Limited Disclosure mode intentionally removes medication-, condition-, allergy-, and pregnancy-specific recommendations.

Use your own judgment and professional medical guidance when making health decisions.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not:

Create accounts for others without their permission
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use the service if you are under 16 years of age

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use Supp'Buddy for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
Abuse the AI chat system (e.g., attempting to extract harmful information)
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Safety Disclosure Modes

By default, Supp'Buddy starts in Limited mode. In Limited mode, Buddy provides general wellness guidance and does not use medications, health conditions, allergies, or pregnancy/breastfeeding details for personalized risk analysis.

In Full mode, you can share those details for deeper safety checks and more conservative recommendation filtering. You can switch modes in-app at any time. You can return to Limited mode later and remove optional details from within the app.

7. Subscription Tiers

Supp'Buddy offers multiple service tiers (Free, Base, and Pro) with varying features and usage limits. We reserve the right to modify tier features, pricing, and limits with reasonable notice. Free tier users may see advertisements in the future.

8. Your Content and Data

You retain ownership of the data you provide (supplement lists, profile information, chat messages). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data as needed to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The Supp'Buddy name, logo, design, and code are owned by the Supp'Buddy team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the application without permission. Supplement product information displayed in the app may be sourced from third parties and belongs to their respective owners.

10. Service Availability

We strive to keep Supp'Buddy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supp'Buddy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on AI-generated supplement recommendations or interaction warnings.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or through our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
