1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Supp'Buddy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

2. What Supp'Buddy does

Supp'Buddy is an AI supplement coach that helps you:

Build and refine your Supp' Stack
Scan supplement labels and identify products
Get AI-generated wellness guidance, routine suggestions, and supplement-supplement safety notes
Manage your supplement schedule with reminders
Use Buddy check-ins to review results and tighten the routine over time

3. Medical disclaimer

      Supp'Buddy is not a medical service. Information provided by Supp'Buddy, including AI-generated content, is for general wellness and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, stopping, or changing any supplement regimen, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, managing a medical condition, or taking medication.
    

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated supplement information, supplement-supplement safety notes, or routine suggestions. Supp'Buddy does not replace clinician guidance, medication review, or emergency care.

Use your own judgment and professional medical guidance when making health decisions.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You may not:

Create accounts for others without their permission
Share your account credentials with third parties
Use the service if you are under 18 years of age

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use Supp'Buddy for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service
Abuse the AI chat system (e.g., attempting to extract harmful information)
Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation

6. Clinical information

Supp'Buddy is designed to avoid saving medications, diagnoses, lab results, health conditions, allergies, pregnancy status, or breastfeeding status as server-side profile fields or reusable Buddy memory. If you share medical details in chat, they may remain in the chat transcript and may be used for continuity in that conversation. You should not rely on the app for medication safety, diagnosis, treatment, or urgent medical decisions.

For pregnancy, breastfeeding, under-18 use, medical conditions, prescription medications, allergies, or any medical decision, consult a qualified clinician.

7. Subscription tiers

Supp'Buddy may offer weekly and yearly service tiers with varying usage limits. The current public pricing is $14.99 weekly and $49.99 yearly, where paid plans are available. Prices shown at checkout govern your purchase. We reserve the right to modify tier features, pricing, and limits with reasonable notice.

8. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you provide (supplement lists, profile information, chat messages). By using the service, you grant us a limited license to process this data as needed to provide and improve the service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

9. Intellectual property

The Supp'Buddy name, logo, design, and code are owned by the Supp'Buddy team. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the application without permission. Supplement product information displayed in the app may be sourced from third parties and belongs to their respective owners.

10. Service availability

We strive to keep Supp'Buddy available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service downtime.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Supp'Buddy and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from reliance on AI-generated supplement guidance, routine suggestions, or supplement-supplement safety notes.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from within the app or through our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, through the appropriate legal channels.
