When you email support, include the email address on your Supp'Buddy account, the device you are using, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful if the issue is visual.
Please do not send medication lists, diagnoses, lab results, or other sensitive medical details by email. Supp'Buddy support cannot provide medical advice.
You can request account deletion from inside the app or through the account deletion page.
