Point your phone at any supplement bottle. Buddy reads the Supplement Facts label, picks up the product name, brand, and every ingredient with its dosage. Then Buddy adds everything to your stack automatically.

Buddy checks every supplement in your Supp' Stack against each other. Buddy will flag things like calcium blocking iron absorption, point out good combos like D3 + K2, and suggest spacing things out when timing matters.

What happens to my streak if I miss a day?

Every day you take 80% or more of your supplements, your streak goes up by one. A 4-week heatmap shows your consistency. For every 7-day streak you complete, you earn a safety net (up to 3). If you miss a day, one is used automatically so your streak stays intact. Rest days don't count against you.

How does the Stack Quality Score work?

Buddy scores your stack from 0 to 100 by checking seven areas: research evidence, dose accuracy, timing optimization, supplement interactions, cycling needs, and health goal coverage. The score is deterministic, so you get the same result every time.

No. Buddy gives supplement information and routine support. Talk to a doctor or pharmacist before changing anything that affects a medical condition, medication, pregnancy, or breastfeeding.

Does Buddy check prescription drug interactions?

Buddy focuses on supplement-to-supplement checks. Medical context can be shared in chat, but it is not saved to your profile or reusable Buddy memory. Chat history may still be used for continuity in the conversation. Prescription medication questions still belong with a qualified clinician.

Can I use products I already own?

Yes. Scan the barcode, snap the label, or type the product name. Buddy will build around your actual products instead of forcing a premade stack.
