Summary: You can delete your Supp'Buddy account and all associated data below, or from within the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Sign in to delete your account
To verify your identity, sign in with the email and password on your Supp'Buddy account.
Confirm account deletion
This action is permanent. Deleting your account will permanently remove:
- Your account and basic profile information
- Your entire supplement stack and product details
- All schedules, reminders, cycling protocols, and tracking data
- All Buddy check-ins and follow-up history
- All server-stored chat conversations and Buddy memory
Account deleted
Your account has been permanently deleted. All your data has been removed from our servers. You can close this page.
If you ever want to come back, you can create a new account.
Alternative: delete from the app

Open the Supp'Buddy app and go to Profile.

Scroll down and tap Delete Account.

Confirm the deletion. Your account and all data will be permanently removed.
What data is deleted
- Your profile information, including email and basic onboarding profile
- Your supplement stack and all product details
- Your supplement schedule and timing preferences
- Cycling protocols and tracking data
- Server-stored chat conversations, summaries, and Buddy memory
- Subscription and preference settings
Local-only data on your device, such as locally stored safety preferences, can also be cleared from the app or by removing the app from your device.
What data is retained
- Anonymized usage analytics — aggregated, non-identifiable data (retained indefinitely)
- Legal records — if required by law, for the legally mandated period
No personally identifiable information is retained after deletion.
